I'm Mareen – energy healer, yoga teacher, medium, mom, and passionate trainer for spiritual coaches. My life center lies between the tranquil island of Lamu in Kenya and the vibrant energy of Berlin, where I live with my family.
My gift is to feel deeply, read energy, and recognize people's essence. Through my own experiences with eating disorders, toxic relationships, and codependency, and the path back to self-love, I know from the bottom of my heart: healing is possible – for everyone.
Today, I live what I teach. I accompany people on their soul's path, help release blockages, and open spaces for true, profound transformation.

What energy is – and how you work with it
This module will provide you with in-depth knowledge about the nature of energy: What is vibration, what is the quantum field, what does frequency mean, and how do thoughts, emotions, and physical states affect our field? You'll understand how everything is connected—scientifically and spiritually. A powerful foundation that supports all your work.

Are there live dates or is everything recorded??
You have both. You have regular live group calls as well as one-on-one coaching options – plus, all content is available as a recording at any time.
