Abhyanga Ayurvedic Massage

The Ayurvedic full-body oil massage is an ancient Indian treatment dating back thousands of years, aimed at detoxifying and cleansing the body. In Ayurveda, the focus is on promoting overall health to prevent illness. Depending on your constitution, warm sesame, coconut, or sunflower oil is used for the massage. Chi Nei Tsang Belly Massage

Our abdominal area is the most sensitive and vulnerable part of our body. It is said that animals walk on all fours to protect this area. Besides its role in digestion, our intestines are known as our second brain, where many emotions are produced. This is often referred to as intuition or gut feeling. We often store difficult emotions and experiences in our gut, leading to muscle tension and fascia adhesions.
Through gentle Chi Nei Tsang belly massage, we release deep blockages and tensions. This helps rebalance the bowel's peristalsis, promoting a positive and relaxed overall well-being. The massage harmonizes and transforms the gut (Hara) and nervous system. Detoxification and purification of the organs occur during the massage, aided by deep breathing to release old and stagnant energy.
