Then join us for 7 days at the Sacred Feminine Healing Retreat on the beautiful Baltic Sea island, Fehmarn. This successful Retreat program will take place for the 5th time. We will live in a gorgeous historical Manor House surrounded by beaches and nature. We will spoil ourselves for a whole week with daily program offers such as 5 elements yin and yang yoga, meditation, different workshops on femininity, healing, mindfulness, manifestation as well as nutrition & super foods. Use the daily opportunity to reconnect and ground yourself on beach visits and walks in nature.
What to Expect

5 Elements Yoga is about working with the elements Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space. The specific asanas for each element focus on the meridians and move energy within them. Through these different forums blockages can be removed and stagnant energy can finally come back into flow. We therefore come back into our natural balance and power finding perfect alignment between these two. By practicing Yin and Yang Yoga, we settle the masculine and feminine energy, day and night etc. We will practice Yang in the morning and Yin Yoga in the evening. 5 elements Yoga will bring us back into alignment. To our origin. To our natural energy, strength and light.

Meditation is a key component of this retreat and will be practiced daily. To be connected with your inner being and inner voice is such an essential tool nowadays and a great gift. Playfully will you be guided to use your visualisation to connect with your inner innate power.

Quantum Healing & Manifestation: Learn to become more resilient and face the tasks of your daily life with more strength and power. Nutrition, Super Foods & Anti Aging: Playfully we will look at what super foods and natural supplements are available on the market and how we can nutrition us on an optimal level.

It is important for us to provide you with the best food possible and give your taste buds the best journey ever. All food and drinks are vegan & sugar free and mostly organic. Susie will serve us daily healthy and delicious dishes. She is an absolute pro in regards to nutrition and diet and I personally love to work with her in projects and events, as she brings a wealth of knowledge and care to our retreats. Susie will be happy to answer all your questions in regards to nutrition and will help you with tips and tricks to improve your diet when you decide to join them for some Karma Yoga on any day of your choice.

Accomodation
We will reside in a 700 m2 farm house on 2 levels. This beautiful house was built in original Fehmarn country style. With an eye on detail, it was fully renovated between 2012 and 2018 subtly fusing 19th century vintage and contemporary together. The original 1920's Berlin manufactured bath sink and freestanding baths with lion's feet in the middle of the bedrooms to give the house a truly incomparable style and flair. All bathrooms are in an original English style similar to the Soho House Group Hotels. The house also includes a Steam and Hot Sauna for guests to use at their pleasure.
The house has 10 bedrooms in 3 different categories. The small bedrooms and luxury bedrooms are situated downstairs. The gallery and balcony bedrooms are upstairs in the loft. All rooms have been designed and decorated differently, yet with a lot of love for detail, there is something for everyone. There are several sofas and lounges throughout the house to relax and free your mind. We will practice Yoga either in the 150 m2 big loft upstairs. Weather permitting we may also practice Yoga in the 6000 m2 big garden. The 60 m2 Terrasse behind the house is the perfect spot to get together at the end of the day and relax whilst watching the stunning sunset.
As the house is located near many beaches, in your free time you will be able to roam and relax near the sea.
Prices
The retreat program costs 650,- € per person.
Additionally there is a board and lodging fee depending on what room category you choose.

The arrival is self organised.
By car: For participants coming by car, there will be off site parking available.
By train: To Puttgarden train station, which is the train station of the ferry stop or to Burg train station continue by bus, citizen bus or taxi to Strukkamp.
